What we collect, and why.
This site has two forms and no analytics. Written to India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
The walkthrough form collects your name, email address, organisation, role and the question you want answered. The Ventures waitlist form collects your name, email address, organisation and role. We collect nothing else, and the site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.
Why we collect it
We use the walkthrough form to arrange and prepare for your walkthrough. We use the waitlist to tell you when Unknot Intelligence Ventures opens. We do not use either for anything else, and we do not sell or share the data with anyone for their own purposes.
Who handles it
Unknot Partners is the data fiduciary. Form submissions are processed by Netlify, which hosts this site, and reach us by email. Both act on our instructions as data processors.
How long we keep it
We keep walkthrough requests for two years from your last contact with us, and waitlist entries until Ventures opens or you ask to come off, whichever is sooner. After that we delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to erase it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to akhil@unknotpartners.com and we will act within thirty days. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
This site is for businesses and investors. We do not knowingly collect the personal data of anyone under eighteen.
